the furnace consists of high quality alumina ceramic fiber brick and MoSi2 heating element with special design,

and the furnace temperature is controlled by high precious SCR( Silicon controlled rectifier)digital controller with accuracy +/1C and 30 segments programmable or PID automatic control with LED digital display. 

It’s an ideal equipment for heating treatment of chemical element measurement,analysis and judgment and 

small steel components annealing, quenching,tempering, also can be used for the high temperature heating

 for metal, non-metal, and others compound sintering, melting, and analyzing.
