Introduction


KQS series Jacketed glass reactor is used in pharmaceutical and chemicals as well as Research institute, it is requisite tool for distillation and reflux,etc. Now we can manufacture 1L jacketed glass reactor to max capacity 200L jacketed glass reactor, From 10L to 200L’s Jacketed glass reactor, its structure is “well (#)”Frame, thanks to it is big capacity jacketed vessel, so we need to get steady quitely in the structure, and need bigger power AC motor with frequency converter, no brush, not spark,low noise,good elimination-heating,etc. According to different torque to get reasonable stirring, to reach the best effective of evaporation.




1. Frequency conversion speed motor: It adopts OTG and JSCC two brand motors provided by famous motor manufacturers, which have long life, low noise, safety and reliability.

2. LCD digital display speed controller: with PT100 probe, temperature and speed digital display

1. 250ml constant pressure drop funnel 24#

2. Thermometer tube 19#, temp sensor won't touch with reaction mass.

3. Stirring Port, PTFE seals. Wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, no pollution

4. Reserve port 24#, Negative pressure liquid feeding， filled with inert gas for protection, etc.

5. Reflux condensation 34#, ball mill port, 24# can be directly connected to the condenser




1. PTFE stirring rod: corrosion-resistant, no pollution. Anchored style, three-blade, four-blade, and frame-type mixing blades are optional.
2. PTFE discharge valve: 1L and 2L are one-piece design, can not be disassembled, and discharge the material completely.
3. Interlayer: It can be heated by hot oil or cooled by coolant.

Bottom Discharging valve: it has two kinds respective for side discharging and non- side discharging valve(straight down discharging), the side discharging valve is easy to connect with other afiliated equipment(for example the another reactor with same function, or getting samples easily,etc);as for non-side discharging valve, it is with same function with side discharging valve, and with 100% PTFE material. 







It is equipped with a manual discharge collection valve, which can be discharged to collect when opened, and the reflux reaction can be continued when closed, and different capacities are available.
