It is used for tissue grinding, each of which has matching number and matching clearance
Purpose: the function of glass homogenizer: to make the tiny gap between glass tube and plunger and the tiny concave convex occlusion. When the plunger is rotated, it will produce the grinding effect, so that biological cells and other harder cell tissues can be easily crushed.

For example: 1. Outer diameter 20 mm * column length 200 mm, 24 × standard port, with sand core and glass piston.
2. Outer diameter 30mm * column length 300mm, open, PTFE piston.
3. Outer diameter: 50mm * column length: 600mm, liquid storage ball: 500ml, 24 × standard port with sand core, PTFE piston.
Usage and precautions of glass homogenizer:
1. First fit the cutter shaft with the machine shaft, and then move the spring element of the coupling down into the ruler groove (move down enough to touch the step) so that the machine can rotate smoothly.
2. Before starting the machine, pay attention to whether the power supply and the voltage on the motor are consistent.
3. Due to the high speed of the motor, intermittent use can extend the life of the motor (if continuous use will burn the motor, so the use time is limited to three minutes, and can only be used after stopping for five minutes).
4. When the glass is installed, it should be aligned with the axis of the round on the machine, centered, and without shaking on all sides before starting the machine.
5. This machine is not suitable for idling. A small amount of liquid or grease must be added during use.
6. The materials shall be added slowly and adjusted from slow speed to high speed.
It is mainly used for condensation and cooling. And it is also widely used in cooling, reflux, distillation of chemical process. Glass condenser has compact structure and small space. Additional, each joints are connected by flange. All these make it be assembled easily and flexibly. We have glass coil pipe condenser and glass tube condenser.
