Introduction:
This instrument is designed and made as per the industry standard of People’s Republic of China Technical
Condition of Petroleum Products Kinematic Viscosity Tester, 265 Petroleum products-Determination of kinematic
viscosity and calculation of dynamic viscosity and ASTM D445 Standard Test Method for Kinematic
Viscosity of Transparent and Opaque Liquids. It is suitable to determine kinematic viscosity of liquid petroleum products
(Newtonian fluids) by measuring the time for a volume of liquid to flow under gravity through a calibrated glass capillary
viscometer at a constant temperature.
I. Main technical features
1.Using microprocessor control technology, combined with a 10.2 -inch color LCD display and touch screen, according to Chinese characters
menu prompt operation, and has a certain fault identification, error message output and processing capacity.
2. Adopts the new type of temperature sensor and temperature control algorithm, the display resolution is 0.001 ℃, the
temperature control precision is + / - 0.04 ℃.
3. The design of floor type and all-in-one machine has two working units of A and B, which can synchronously or
asynchronously test the two samples
simultaneously.Automatic/manual switching between two test units.
4. The automatic test process includes constant temperature, oil sample suction, detection, calculation, viscositytube cleaning,
drying full automation, and can store 100 inspection records.
5.One or two cleaning fluids can be used to clean the viscosity tube, which can be done before drying, and the number
of cleaning cycles can be set by itself.
