This machine is used for butyl sealant coating on two sides of Alu spacer frame for insulating glass production. Used for butyl sealant coating on two sides of Alu spacer frame. Coating for straight line and arc shape, auto-control of sealant temperature. PLC control.

2).Heating by auto-timing and with the man-machine interface display screen
3).Auto-adjusting tempature and pressure, suitable for all grades butyl.
4).Imported gas-liquid pressurizing system makes pressure stable and even.
5).A week time switch machine, saving the pre-heating time.
6).Glue quantity auto alarm function.
