Mould working theory: two components LSR material A and B, mixed in the dynamic and static mixer as the proportion of 1:1:, then the mixed material go to injection barrel, then to injection nozzle, then to hot LSR mould (the mould temperature is between 90 degree to 180 degree), in the mould the mixed LSR material is cured and solidified to solid silicone parts.

A: We are factory. we produce both Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR) mould and plastic moulds, and also LSR parts and plastic parts.

A: Generally 35 working days, this is based on mould order quantities, or finished parts order quantities.
Q: where is your factory located, how can I visit there?
A: our factory is located in Panyu District, Guangzhou, only one and half hour by car.
Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: 50% deposit first, 50% balance should be paid 7 days before shipment, also we can accept L/C, D/P and so on.

A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.
