LMS roll forming machine which takes the COPRA, designing software for cold rolling production and applies for the first step of rolling design, calculation, molding technique simulation, blueprint optimization and roller design to rough molding management, digital machining and quality control. LMS applies for the COPRA in the whole process. 3.Installation, Maintenance and Operation Training

 

A, Our engineers and sales team with the customers:

(1) Our engineers in the customers' factory for installation & training.

(2) Our customers visiting our factory for machine inspection.

 

B, Terms:

 

--1. Guarantee Period:                                                                                             1) In correct operation & maintaining, excluded the electric elements, guaranteed 

  against malfunction due to manufacturing defects for 12 months from thedate of 

  loading. Repairs will be made free of charge.                                                         

 2) Repairs will not be performed free of charge even during the guarantee period in

  the following circumstances: ? Damage occur due to a natural

  disaster. ? Malfunction occurs due to user error. ? Malfunction occurs due to \

  modifications. ? Malfunction occurs due to further movement or shipment after

  installation.                                                                                                   --2. Seller is responsible for installation and adjustment and buyer covers

  installation cost as followed by T/T or cash before or on engineers' visit.  

 1) Round trip air tickets fee                                                                                     

 2) At least three stars hotel and food will be charged to the buyer account.                

 3) The seller technician salary for installation machine: USD 100.00 / person / day

 4) Round trip transportation cost from hotel to the buyer factory, necessary communication and insurance, etc.                                      

 --3. Buyer must make preparation before seller's engineers visit:                           

 1) Power Supplied: 380V, 50 Hz, 3Phs                                                                   

 2) Underground cable trucking, lubricant greases
