Production information

Calcium carbonate filled masterbatch, blown film grade,  Ningyan Filler masterbatch with CaCO₃   as the main component. The use of a wide range, mainly for cast film, film products customized, can also be used for ordinary blown film.

Features:

1,The masterbatch is plasticized and its performance is quite stable. The long-term use will not occur without plasticization.

2,The masterbatch has good fluidity and helps to plasticize and disperse.

3 ,The masterbatch has good tensile strength and is stretched well. The product is not easey to break.

4,The masterbatch is well-dispersed and the powder is reasonably selected so that no flowers or mists appear.

5,Mold mouth will not appear sticky paste

Application Scope:

The use of a wide range, mainly for cast film, film products customized, can also be used for ordinary blown film. Such as courier bags, cast film, ordinary packaging film.

Storage Packaging:

The outer packaging is made of composite plastic woven bags, and the inner packaging is plastic lined bags with a net weitht of 25 kg. The storage location must be ventilated, dry and protected from the sun.
