2.The constant speed driving surface of the input shaft globoidal cam and the needle roller bearing preloading rolling contact transmission on the output shaft turret realize zero back clearance and higher speed operation of the turntable. Due to the almost zero friction movement of the rolling transmission, the mechanism can maintain no back clearance transmission and high-precision positioning for a long time, and there is no need for regular calibration and adjustment.
3.Gutian cam NC turntable, the output shaft is set on the outer wall of the shaft with large bearings, and the two ends of the cam input shaft are set with double bearings, which further enhances the stability and load capacity of the turntable, can better deal with the high speed and heavy cutting force during processing, improve the precision, efficiency and reduce the cost of processing workpieces.
