       (4)Sphere spectrometer: sphere shape,could connect with computer, print test result, test lumen.

A3: We offer the wooden packaging(Usually Sphere Spectroradiometer), and Paper box.

Q4: What about the warranty with after -sales services?

A4: The tester has 1 year warranty if no human damaged we could replace it freely. And the Sphere spectroradiometer has 2 years warranty.

Q5: How long is the deliver?
A5: Deliver time depends on the quantity you order. usually it takes 5-7 working days after receive payment.

Q6: If there are the specification to tell how to use the tester?

A6: Yes, we will send the specification to you when delivery it, and you need according to the manual to use it. If there are any questions you could contact our related people.
