HD-909 LED Automatic Shaping Machine
1. Product introduction:
1) Automatic components foot cutting and shaping machine for bulk LED lights. It is suitable for mass production, saving manpower. (The LED lights ofΦ3 andΦ5 cannot share one machine.)
2) DIP LED and Non DIP LED hat can use one equipment.
3) Parameters: automatic feeding, automatic recognizing positive and negative of component’s feet (PLC test), new shapes can be done: 90 degrees, 180 degrees, single-foot push, one long and one short feet, etc; can be customized according to the requirements (a machine can be only used for one type of LED body, specified machine with specified mold).
4) Use plane vibration feeding method to feed.
5) "The defect rate is reduced to the lowest point". No need change mold during shaping .
6) It is for single component shaping , a pair of molds can only shape a new form.
