Machine Feature

Installation note

1:Remove the package, Please kindly check if the  surface and components of machine are damaged, check  if the screw is loose, , check  if the electrical connector  are damaged and check if the accessories are complete.

2:The machine shall be placed on a flat hard ground, and the mask machine shall be at least 0.5m away from the heat source, and ensure there have 1m distance between 2 sets machines.

3:Check the voltage requirements which is on the back of the vibration box to ensure that the system well- earthing.

4:Connect the machine to the electric, Please turn off the power first.

Machinery acceptance

1:The supplier shall notify the buyer to provide qualified materials and arrange technicians to come at the workshop of supplier  3 days before the completion of installation and commissioning.Checking the machine according to technical agreement.Both parties will sign qualifincation report after qualified inspection ,and then seller will deliver the machine.

2:The materials should meet with the request this agreement, and the details shall be separately appointed by both parties in appendix.

3:Both parties shall designate engineering  to participate in the acceptance and sign the acceptance report together as following:

   3.2:The machine does not include the outside  power supply and air source , The buyer shouldpull the power supply and air source to the electric box

Warranty:

1. All the symbols on the equipment should be in English and Chinese, Seller is responsible to provide general layout plan, installation direction, and manual bood to buyer on time.
2. After machine are delivered to customer's factory, buyer is responsible for all preparation worke, e.g. electrictly supply, gas supply, labors and carnes if to uper floor. Etc.
3. For machine receiving, remove the package, check the surface for the machine, include the electrical cable joints, the screws and so on. the photos of damage or default should be provided within 24hours. 
4. The machine should be placed on a flat hard ground, keep away at least 0.5m away from the heat source, and make sure it is in frount or back of the earloop machine at leat 1m distance, left and right at least 1m space for further easy to operate.
5. According to the voltage requirements on the nameplate of the equipment, connect the external correct voltage (ensure that the equipment is well grounded).
6.  LC can support engineer to customer's side for machine installation and training, for the round-trip air ticket, and all the expenses generated in Customer's country, e.g. meals,accommodation and allowance of USD 150 per day for  each engineer.
7. During the warranty time, LC will provide spare parts without any charge in case of quality discrepancy caused by us. if the malfunctions are caused by incorrect operations LC will provide the spare parts at cost price.
8. Machine will be in maintenance all life, LC will provide technical guide and spare parts with cost price out of warrant time.
