QDY Double Girder Ladle crane is composed of boxed bridge frame, hook, crane travelling mechanism and electric system. The main hook employs a load tool as the lifting device to hoist steel ladle, the auxiliary hook cooperate with the main hook to accomplish pouring of molten steel and steel slag, and other auxiliary hoisting. Use various speed system with speed ratio as 1:10 for main mechanisms such as hoisting, trolley traversing and crane travelling. Also we can choose the suitable speed under the customer requirement.

Depending on two different lifting capacity ranges, casting crane has two types: QDY series bridge foundry crane and YZ series ladle overhead crane. 

QDY series bridge foundry crane rated lifting capacity is from 5 ton to 74 ton, YZ type overhead casting crane rated lifting capaicty is from 74 ton to 320 ton. Special four-girder, six-rail and two trolley is designed for extra large-tonnage casting crane.

Features of foundry casting crane:

• Special designed to prevent molten steel thermal radiation to ensure the long serving life of main girders.
• Class H level, and motor protection grade IP54.
