Narrow-Brim Hemp Bucket Hat

This is a finely hand-knitted strong and durable hat made from wild hemp fiber yarn. It has slightly drooping narrow brim that may protect your ears, but not necessarily face and neck. The brim rim has a slim braided lace which has given the hat its special look. This superior quality hat boasts of its uniformed fine knitting, elegant look and it is so fitting that it cannot be blown off by winds, making it an ideal choice in windy conditions. This can be rolled or folded and easily be tucked into pocket or bag. 

Its natural grey color never fades, rather becomes more shinning the more you use and wash it. Although hand washing it is recommended, it can also be machine-washed. As it is slightly strectchable, you should not worry about its size either. This cent percent bio-degradable hat has mostly been fancied by our Japanese, Korean and Chinese clients among others. It can make both an indoor and outdoor hat. To cut it short about its durability, we assure you, you will be tried of wearing it before it actually wears out.

 Founded in 2009 by a young and energetic entrepreneur Mr. Badri Kumar Paudel, Primitive knitwear and Fashion is a private manufacturing and export company based in Kathmandu, Nepal, which has already celebrated a successful and glorious decade in the field of fashion manufacturing and export. With hundreds of satisfied repeat customers globally, we have 25 full-time staff plus some part-timers who work from home in their free time. We have specialized in manufacturing unique bags from premium fabrics with versatile designs and uses. We are a trusted and offcially registered company that has been timely clearing taxes and paying employees' salary. 

After brief involvement in tourism, CEO Mr. Paudel felt the urgency to switch to ethical, sustainable, and eco-friendly fashion manufacturing when he saw the so-called modern fashion manufacturers using haphazard materials in the race of mass production and reducing production cost. It was established with the ideology of using eco-friendly materials, that too of premium quality with no compromise in quality and while still being competitive in price in the global market. We only use natural fabrics supplied by a trusted chain of our suppliers who source those domestically produced materials from various local cooperatives formed in our initiation across the coultry. We care for nature and our products are hypoallergenic with no toxic chemicals at all. We don't claim to be the only, but we are certainly an exemplary fashion manufacturer when it comes to the issue of environmental protection and sustainable fashion practice.

- We are the producer and manufacturer of Hemp, Cotton, Jute and Lokta Paper Bags and other natural fabrics products and other clothing items like caps and gloves, are made from natural fibers like cotton, jute, and hemp.
