BFP-Ⅱ Series Fried Instant Noodles Production Line
The BFP-II series fried instant noodle production line has the advantages of advanced technology, high capacity, low consumption and high degree of automation. It adopts touch screen delivery presetting, photoelectric tracking, frequency control and PLC program control from ripen process to cooling process has realizes stand-alone fine tuning. Whole line linkage synchronous acceleration and deceleration program control whole line realizes synchronous coordinating control, digital display of cutting frequency, and nonstop adjustment of noodle piece weight production line features automatic control of frying temperature, safe and reliable operation, convenient maintenance, low oil content of noodle cake and high rate of qualified product. The dough maker adopts elliptic blade double-shaft double-speed technology, large amount of water can be dough curing consistency. The pressing machine adopts 9 pairs of chilled hard alloy rollers, soaking flavoring technology is adopted after steaming. The equipment surfaces food touched adopt stainless steel and food grade materials, accord with requirement of the food hygienic standard. The produced noodles have the characteristics of deliciousness, crispness, smoothness and chewiness.
BFP-I Series Non-fried Instant Noodle Production Line
The production process of nutritional non-fried instant noodles is basically the same as that of fried instant noodles; Compared with the process of fried instant noodles, the process of the nutritional non-fried instant noodles is characterized in that: the noodle cake is dried and dehydrated, a large amount of water is added during dough kneading, the steaming time is prolonged and alpha gelatinization degree is improved, and a micro-bulking process and a hot air drying process are adopted.
Characteristics: without a frying link, the product is good for health. The noodles have the characteristic of long shelf life, can have unique flavor and taste in comparison to fried instant noodles and have the advantages of chewiness, smoothness, softness, elasticity, etc. The latest nutritional brewing type non-fried instant noodle production line developed by the company has the output of 80,000 to 160,000 pieces/ eight hours; by combining domestic and oversea advanced technologies, it realizes diversified flavors of noodles and ensures that the noodle cake has a rehydrating effect within four minutes. (Water temperature of 85°C, convenience and rapidness, full noodle flavor, chewy and smooth taste and abundant nutrition.
