Our coffee are grown at high elevation of 3,000 ft, therefore we can produce a denser and richer bean due to its less of oxygen with pure weather and high ozone on the high mountain views. As a result, coffee plants can grow more slowly giving the beans a more concentrate flavor.
One of our important factors to make a marvelous taste of coffee is to raise civet only an Asian musk species (South African palm civet).
Our farm has more than 100 musks, each of them is in a good mood. We raise them in a large area of 50 meters wide. Each has a cute, cheerful and friendly characters. Because of this, our coffee also have an exceptional taste of civet coffee.
