1.The battery of these devices is changing ? How to replace if it deteriorates? And how much does it cost? How about the battery’s working time? How about the battery’s life?

The battery of these devices can be changed.

We have a guideline to show how to replace the battery, please check the attachment.

one separate battery is usd50. but if you order 10units/month, we can give you one or two for free.

Working time : continue working is about 3 hours.standby 15 minutes will be shut down automatically.

The life of the battery is around 5-8 years depends on using frequency.

2.Can I put my trademark on the device and how will the price charge?

We can print your logo on the wifi probes, if you order above 5 units every order, we can print it for free , it will take one or two days, the logo printing will be finished.

3.Can I change the color of the product and how much does it cost?

You can change the color of the probe, but MOQ is 100 units .

4.What is the warranty service in case of failure of the device?

For distributor or company customer, the warranty is 18 months, but you can extend the warranty by additional 12% of the probe cost for another one year.

If the DOA happened, we will replace a new one for you. 

5.How to become your official distributor? For this, do I need to travel to you or can I conclude a contract at a distance? What is needed for this?

First, you can confirm which countries you want to be the exclusive agent for, then we will tell you the sale performance request for one year.
