Q1: Are you trading company or manufacturer?
A1: We have our own factory located in Wenzhou.
Q2: Do you inspect the finished products?
A2: Yes, we do. The finished products will be inspected by QC department before they leave the factory. We have SOP for mass production.
Q3: Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?
A3: Yes, we offer samples for free charge. Buyer pays the shipping cost.
Q4: How long is your delivery time?
A4: Usually the shipping time is around 14-30 days. Time varies depend on different regions. There's also 30 days of lead time.
Q5: Do you provide after sales service?
A5: Yes, we have professional technical team for our clients at any time.
Q6: How is your packaging?
A6: Standard Konita export packaging by carton or at clients' request.
