1. It has hexagonal flake structure similar to graphite, with friction coefficient less than 0.1, good lubrication effect, excellent high temperature performance and adhesion, and high bearing capacity.
2. It is high temperature resistance, keeps stable, no oxidation, no carbonization, no coking, and no loss at 900 ℃, and has excellent high temperature lubrication.
3. It is white, pollution-free, acid and alkali chemical corrosion resistant, and doesn’t corrode metal, resistant to cold and hot water.
4. In the assembly of high temperature mechanical friction parts, it has the function of lubrication and wear resistance. It can prevent the shaft from holding, even under high surface pressure.
5. For high temperature or corrosive working conditions, it can prevent spalling, shaft holding, cold welding and corrosion, lubricates dry solid film and reaches 900 ℃ anti-sintering temperature; it prevents high temperature adhesion, sintering and corrosion.
