A:Yes ,we have more than 10 years OEM/ODM professional experience.
2 Q:Do you have a factory?
A:We are a foreign trade company,also have our own garment factory.
3 Q:How about the sample?
A:Because we are first to cooperation,so you need pay sample fee to us and the freight also need you to bear it.But we can refund
the sample charges according to your bulk order.If long-term cooperation, we will be in charge of the sample fee.
Sample time:7-10days.
Payment:Paypal/bank transfer(personal)/Alibaba trade assurance service.
Transportation: TNT/FedEx/UPS/DHL.
4 Q:How about the bulk production?
A:Payment:30% deposit should be payed before bulk production, 70% balance payed before Shipment.
Production time:about 40-45 days after we received your deposit.
Transportation:by sea or air,if quantity is less than 100~200,it can choose by express.
5 Q:What’s your order process?
A:Step 1:Confirm the order detail(design/art-work,material,quantity,size,etc).
Step 2:Pay deposit.
Step 3:Start production and quantity checking.
Step 4:Arrange the balance.
Step 5:Ship out goods the provide tracking number.
Step 6:Receive the goods.
Step 7:Give feedback(in order to improve our production and service).
6 Q:Can you print or embroider my logo on the clothes?and the label also?
A:We can do it,but you need provide the most clearly picture to us,like PDF or JPG file.
