308nm Excimer laser therapy
Xenon chloride (Xecl) is used as a medium to emit excimer light with a single wavelength of 308 nm. The principle is the same as that of a large hospital 308 phototherapy instrument, and there is no need to replace the lamp.

Clinically used 308 phototherapy has two characteristics compared to other phototherapy methods:
