Product function
Compressed air precision filters are used to remove pollutants in compressed air systems, such as dust, iron chips and fouling, corrosive solid particles, compressor lubricants, condensate droplets and acid-cooled condensate, as well as oil and hydrocarbon vapors, etc., to provide compressor air systems with high-quality compressed air to meet the application requirements.
The main components are filter element, filter shell, end cover, tooth strip and so on.
The material of the filter is generally the same as that of the connecting process pipeline. For different service conditions, the filter made of cast iron, carbon steel, low alloy steel or stainless steel can be selected.
Fine filter filter element classification
Q main line filter can remove a large number of liquid and solid particles above 3 micron, the minimum residual oil content is only 5 ppm, there is a small amount of water, dust and oil mist. For air compressor, after the rear cooler, before other filters, for general protection; for cold dryer before, as a pretreatment device.
P air pipeline filter can filter small liquid and solid particles as small as 1 micron, reaching a minimum residual oil content of only 0.5 ppm, with trace moisture, dust and oil mist. It is used for pre-treatment before Class A filter and further improves air quality after cold dryer and suction dryer.
S ultra-high efficiency oil removal filter can filter liquid and solid particles as small as 0.01 micron, and the minimum residual oil content is only 0.001 ppm. Almost all water, dust and oil are removed. Before the H grade filter and suction machine is used, it plays a protective role. After the cold dryer, it ensures that there is no oil in the air.
C activated carbon filter can filter oil mist and hydrocarbon as small as 0.01 micron, the minimum residual oil content is only 0.003 ppm, no water content, dust and oil, odorless and odorless. It acts as a final filter for units that must use high quality air, such as the food industry, breathing, aseptic packaging, etc.

How to select the suitable filter?
1. Import and Export Size: In principle, the inlet and outlet sizes of filters should not be smaller than the inlet sizes of matching pumps, and generally the same as the inlet pipe intersection.
2. Work pressure: determine the pressure level of the filter according to the maximum pressure that may appear in the filter line.
3. Filtration grade: the main consideration is the size of the particles to be stopped, depending on the technological requirements of the medium flow. Various sizes of screen size can be checked and the screen size is checked.
4. Air handling capacity: large air handling capacity according to working pressure 0.7-1.0Mpa.
5. Filter Material: Filter material is generally the same as the connecting process pipe material. For different service conditions, cast iron, carbon steel, low alloy steel or stainless steel filter can be considered.
