MINUO products can be used with PLC industrial control systems, servo, frequency
converter, singlechip microcomputer, supporting the use of achieve frequency control,
the precise position detection and control signal feedback ect.
First change the physical change of being measured target into the change of resistance,
then the change is orocessed via related measure circuic and device. Finally be displayed
or recorded. So we also called it electronic rule or digital position switch. It can be used in
a PLC control system for the frequenty conversion system, measuring the object distortion
etc, such as:controlling the travel of gas cylinder or oil cylinder, the positive &reversal-going change of the angle and so on. At same time, any position can be set as the start or stop point,
and give a feedback signal. It can replace limit switch, linear slippage rheostat, Linear Variable
Differential Transformer (LVDT)

MINUO series displacement sensor consists of four parts:
1. Aluminum housing. Surface anode electrophoresis, the internal structural designed by finite element analysis, high strength, flexural torsional capacity is outstanding. MINUO series products not only has the appearance of smooth, delicate touch, but also with strong corrosion resistance, field operations can be carried out without external protection status.
2.Multi-touch brush. The company has imported special composite material (rare metal brush material) of aviation from European, the brush was made through inlaying 0.03mm precious metals(It was laudatory named as metal diamond with high abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance and excellent electrical conductivity) on 0.07mm substrate material surface by the world top technology, effectively improve the brush wear and conductive properties. Multi-finger design to make the brush to keep strength and elasticity, aslo ensure brush always being connect well with the resistor substrate in vibration condition, this multi-contact safety design concept makes the contact resistance of minoxidil products always maintain a steady state lay a solid foundation for improving product linearity.
3. Stainless steel rod. The rod was connected flexible by using universal joints or ball coupling to compensate for part of the installation angle, reducing the accuracy requirements for installing, allowing the angle deviation of installation .
4. Shaft sealing rings. It is the main factor to determine the grade of product protection. We use two-way shaft sealing technology, raw material was good at oil proof, wear ability, seal performance, so our transducers has good effect at the dust, oil resistant and water proof performanc.
