Product Description:
1.Deep groove ball bearings are the most common type of rolling bearings.
2.Their use is very widespread. The raceway grooves on both the inner and
outer rings have circular arcs of slightly larger radius than that of the balls.
3. In addition to radial loads, axial loads can be imposed in either direction.
4.Because of their low torque, they are highly suitable for applications where
high speeds and low power loss are required.
How to expand the life time of bearing :
1. Don't allow strong impact, such as hammer striking, transfer roller pressure
2. Use the accurate installation tool, avoid to use cloth kind and short fibers
3. Lubricate the bearing to avoid rust with high quality mineral oil, especially in summer
4. General inspection, such as the surrounding temperature, vibrate, noise inspection
5. Keep bearing cleaning from dirt, dust, pollutant, moisture.
6. Bearing should not be ultra cooled.
