PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
This industrial machine is designed for applying horizontal road marking onto asphalt concrete and cement concrete roads using innovative thermoplastics or one-component quick-drying paints and retroreflective glass beads.
The paint marking unit consists of a tank, a paint pump, and a gun unit. The paint tank is equipped with a horizontal agitator.
The machine has two paint guns and two glass bead guns mounted on a sliding carriage. The carriage allows marking left and right.
Thermoplastic is applied with an extruder. Behind the extruder there are sprinkling guns for sprinkling marking lines with retroreflective glass beads. Lines of 5 to 40 cm wide can be marked in various combinations. In a standard configuration, the extruder comes with eight valves 5 cm wide. On request, the width and the number of valves can be customized. The valve opening control system allows applying solid lines and rumble strips as well as lines of variable profiles and patterns.
