PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Kontur 400 is equipped with replaceable modules. The modules determine the type of marking materials and the application method.
A module that is part of the machine can be replaced with another module directly by the user. Optionally, the machine can be equipped with any additional replaceable module.

- Manually lifted/lowered mechanical aiming device;
- Automation and control units;
- Piston compressor;
- Two fire extinguishers.

KONTUR 400H
Designed for thick-layer markings with cold-applied plastics, the machine consists of a standard Kontur 400 chassis and a cold plastic module. The marking unit can apply smooth and structured lines 100, 120, 150, 200, 240, 250 or 300 mm wide. Applicator sizes to be specified when ordering.
MH400 COLD PLASTIC MODULE
STANDARD MODULE CONFIGURATION:
- Cold plastic tank;
- Hardener tank;
- Flushing liquid tank;
- Cold plastic dispensing system;
- Hardener dispensing system;
- Single line marking unit;
- Hydraulically operated cold plastic tank agitator;
- One smooth or structured line applicator (the size to be specified when ordering; additional applicators to be ordered
separately).

- Additional smooth and structured line applicators (100, 120, 150, 200, 240, 250, 300 mm wide).

KONTUR 400K
The machine is designed for airless thin-layer marking application using solvent-borne paints with at least 70% solids content. The machine consists of a standard Kontur 400 chassis with a paint module.
PAINT MODULE MK400
STANDARD MODULE CONFIGURATION:
- Statistics storage and GSM transfer system with GSM/GLONASS connectivity;
- Removable marking unit with two pairs of paint and glass bead guns;
- Paint tank;
- Hydraulically operated agitator;
- High-pressure paint pump;
- Fine filter for paint on the high-pressure line;
- Handheld paint gun, 10 m hose;
- Paint flow meter.
OPTIONS FOR THE MODULE:
- Additional third pair of paint and glass bead guns;
- 50 cm handheld paint gun extension;
- Line beginning photo sensor (can be installed on any gun);
- Two-line cold spray plastic 98:2 equipment.
