A1: KINbar lock can be used for years and it is hard and sturdy. And the batteries can last for half year to one year and may to two years. But the life span of them also depends on how you use them.
Q2: What’s the technology?
A2: We have zinc alloy and aluminum alloy and brass and steel material for body lock. And the lock shackle is hot processed hardened stainless steel and anti twist. We also test for alarm lock alarm sound and resistance to fall down. We have electroplating or spraying plastics or cast solid brass or cast solid aluminum or nickel plating of iron lock body. We have alarm device inside alarm locks and use the batteries for providing electricity for lock to alarm.
Q3: How about the after sale service and the guarantee?
A3: We will guaranteethe locks for one year. And if your locks have quality problem (not destroyed or used for a long time by people themselves), we will compensate new locks to replace the locks which have quality problem and send to you with your next order together.
Q4: How about the OEM service and sample providing?
A4: We can do OEM service for customers. But it needs to meet something. Your order quantity needs to meet our MOQ and the OEM fee will depend on how your order quantity is and how your requirement is. We can provide samples for you, but it isn’t for free! You need pay for them and also their freight fee.
