Technological process:

Open-width feeding → stainless steel steam conditioning box → overfeed transmission → rubber belt shrinking unit → blanket finishing machine → open-width doffing(stainless steel bucket type doffing)

 

Application:

  This machine is mainly used for after finishing process of cotton, blended fabric. As the fabric shrunk finish process and improve touch feeling, fabric have high dimensional stability.

1.1,Feeding part

  Steam conditioning drying cylinder conditions, conditioning roller is ¢608mm;

1.2,Preshrinking part

45mm unitary steel plate wallboard;

Φ 616mm stainless steel press roller;

1.3,Drying part

Φ 2000mm and Φ 1000mm drying drum

  Rubber grinder roller of air pressure wringing and special process treatment, which can comparable with imported level.

   1.4,Control of electric device

   1.5,AC variable frequency circuit

1.6,Automatic display the flexible ratio, control reduction ratio;

1.7,Optional human-computer computer control.

Detailed configuration and technical description:

Feeding part: open-width feeding, photoelectric edge guider, tight fabric device; feeding frame etc adopt 16# international channel steel;

1,Preshrinking part:

45mm steel plate unitary wallboard; Ø616mm stainless steel pressure-bearing roller, finished product thickness is 22mm; Canada Dunlop, thickness 67mm. Air pressed squeeze water and special processed rubber grinding roller. Feeding rubber blanket equipped with emergency stop equipment(operating safety), during operation of rubber blanket, the bottom equipped with stainless steel cooling water tray, grinding roller has stainless steel seal cover(water proof), part of rubber equipped with inside, outside and stop cooling water spray device

2,Blanket finishing part: Ø2000mm (spacer bush type) and Ø1000mm drying cylinder, outer of two sides are closed;

2.1,Open-width bucket type doffing;

2.2,Control of electric device:

2.3,AC variable frequency changer circuit, frequency converter is from Mitsubishi, Japanese, PLC , touch screen control. Automatic display the machine speed and preshrunk ratio;

 

Drainage energy conservation explanation:

Cooling water, drying cylinder trap discharge condensate water, altitude type drain valve and water pump collected to stainless steel storage tank, connect the pipeline for recycling.

 

User self-care parts:

1.Tube connection and wire of steam,water,compressed air outside the machine;

2.Air feed equipment (air pressure 0.6Mpa)

  1. Main structure type:

1.1Feeding type: cloth car open-width feeding

1.2Steaming roller:

       Steam nozzle deliveries the steam to the inner roller to keep warm. Steam admission on the drive side deliveries steam to roll surface, conditioning the textile through coating layer. Separately regulate inlet steam admission according to different process request of textile humidity during preshrinking, max. working steam pressure is not higher than 0.4Mpa.

1.3Doffing type

        Cropping device,cloth car open-width doffing, equipped with stepless speed adjusting gear, doffing and blanket finishing unit are separately driven by AC variable motor.

 

Process calculation formula:

1. Preshrinking rate: (textile Length before preshrinking – textile length after preshrinking)/textile length before preshrinking * 100%

2. water Shrinkage rate: (textile length after preshrinking – textile dry basis length )/ textile length after preshrinking * 100%
