The jumbo bag discharging machine is a non-standard product, we manufacture this product under the customized design; Conventional material is 304 stainless steel, and carbon steel is also available for selection. Otherwise, the 304 stainless steel for the part of direct contact with materials and carbon steel for the remaing part.
The jumbo bag discharging machine is suitable for discharging powders and particles material with good fluidity. Because to some extent the discharging process mostly depends on the gravity. And if we add some flapping and viabration devices, it will easier the discharging process and the bag is more clean.
It has a simple operating system, only one person can handle it. Just place the jumbo bag above the equipment, then open the lower feeding mouth of the bag to the controlling valve and then close the hatch gate. You could push the button to start the discharging. ( It has a dust removal mouth, which can be connected with dust removal equipment to prevent dust pollution)
After the materials falling down to the silo or buffer bin, the following process could be done by screw hoist or screw conveyor or other type of machine to transport the material to the required place along with the designed direction.
