Brief description
The bulk bag unloader system can handle the unloading operation of any bulk bag of powder and granular materials. It is widely used in petrochemical industry, raw material medicine, plastics, carbon black, mining, food additives, cement and other industries. The structure is simple and the operation is convenient, cost-effective, and no dust leakage.
Workflow
Ⅰ. First, use a forklift to take down the bag lifting device from the unloader, hang the bag rope of the big bag on the bag lifting device, and then the forklift will place the bag lifting device above the discharge area and place the big bag in the discharge position.
Ⅱ. Press the switch button, the clamping cylinder rises, the operator pulls the discharge port of the package to the inner ring of the bag clamp, press the clamping button, the clamping cylinder descends, and the inner ring of the bag clamp is pressed by the sealing ring to seal the bag mouth Clamp.
Ⅲ. At this time, the operator opens the discharge port of the ton bag to tie the rope, and the material begins to discharge through the inner ring of the bag clamp. There is no dust leakage during the discharging process, and the material starts to discharge along the pipeline under the action of gravity.
Ⅳ. During the unloading process, in order to make the material flow smoothly in the packaging bag and pipeline, increase bag flapping device to loosen materials. The material falls into the equipment designated by the customer after beating. After the unloading and the bag being tied manually, the bag clamper opens the bag clamp button, the bag pressing device is raised, and remove the empty bag .
