DB-2 3200mm Slim system tile cutter has been specially designed for cutting up 325cm long porcelain stoneware
tiles and cut to 12mm thick. (IMPORTANT - you can buy one more guide and increase the cutting length)

The guide rails are made of aluminum and are assembled together to ensure a perfect cut.The guides are very strong, which avoids hesitation when cutting and makes them invulnerable to accidental impacts. They are made of lightweight but very tough high quality aluminum. On the underside, they are covered with anti-slip rubber, which does not stain, does not scratch the tiles and protects against unpleasant sounds. The guide is fixed to the tiles with suction cups, which
do not leave marks on the tiles and are also suitable for uneven surfaces.
The carriage with a cutting roller has a comfortable rubberized grip. Cutting wheel made of tungsten carbide with titanium coating Ø22mm is designed specifically for cutting large-format tiles and any roughness

1.Take out all accessories from the carry bag: Guide rail*3pcs;
2.Connecting the guide rails to each other, tighten the screws with a wrench at the connection part.
3.Install suction cups on the guide tail.
4.Mark the position where you want to cut.
5.Align the edges of the gauge to the position of the mark .
6.Lock the suction cups and attach the machine on the tile .
7.Scoring a line on the tile with the Guide car.It is important to make one continuous motion.scoring the surface only once per tile .
8.Open the suction cups and remove the machine from the tile .
9.Align the center of the cramp with the cutting line and apply increasing pressure on the cramp until the tile snaps along the score line.
10.Use pliers to gently clamp the edges of the tile to help it break off.
