Weight the A glue and B glue in the weight ratio 3:1.
Then blend them in time fully.

The AB glue is evenly poured onto the surface Flatten the glue with a squeegee. Then Leave it(at room temperature at 25 degrees) for 20 minutes to automatically defoam.

Let them dry Naturally
Or Put the finished MDF plate into the oven, set the temperature at 30 degrees for an hour, and then raise the temperature to 40-60 degrees for 5 hours.
Attention Please
1. Glue si Packed for each group of 20KG, A glue 5KG / pot, B glue 5KG / pot2. After the plastic bucket is opened and the glue is poured out, it needs to be covered immediately to avoid contact with the air
for a long time, which causes the glue to oxidize and crystallize.
3, the glue must be sealed and stored in a cool and ventilated place to avoid high temperature or sun exposure
4. The glue may crystallize in the low temperature condition in winter, and it needs to be dissolved in a 60 degree oven before use.
5. The shelf life of this glue is 6 months. If the shelf life is exceeded, please try it in small amount. If it is qualified, you can continue to use it.
6. The operating environment should be ventilative and should keep away from fire. Closely sealed after use.
7. Keep away from children. Avoid eye contact, in case of contact, wash with plenty of water and get medical attention immediately.
8. If contact skin, wrap with clean cloth or paper, and wash it with water and soap.
9. When the temperature is lower than 15 ℃, please heat A glue to 30 ℃ before mixing it with B glue (A glue will thicken at low temperature); after use, the glue must be covered with a lid to avoid rejection due to moisture absorption. . When the relative humidity is higher than 85%, the surface of the cured mixture will absorb moisture in the air and form a white mist on the surface. Therefore, when the relative humidity is higher than 85%, it is not suitable for room temperature curing, heat curing is recommended.

Storage and Package
The goods should be kept in a air-over ,cool, and dry place with tight package.
20Kg/group, (5kg/barrel, 3 barrels for A glue, 1 barrel for B glue)
