Electricity-Saving High-Temperature Gas Furnace
JNRY-series preheating type oil-fired hot-air furnace (patent No.: 03254240.2) is a convenient and efficient hot-air furnace developed by the enterprise to supplement the external heat source for heating when the new dry kiln production line is put into operation. The hot air furnace consists of a furnace body, an oil supply system, an air-feeding device, a combustion device, an auxiliary valve, a thermal control system and other parts. The hot air furnace adopts air distribution design with double-layer and full-steel structure outlet, with adjustable temperature, stable heat supply, high burn-off rate, and convenient operation and use.
There are two types of hot-air furnace: fixed type and movable type. Fixed hot-air furnace shall be used for those matching with vertical mill and requiring long-term use. The fixed hot air furnace is in a structure of steel shell lined with refractory bricks. For short-term use, double-layer full-steel structure can be selected, the installation is simple and portable, and spare parts and special tools are not required.
There are two control methods include on-site control, on-site intervention and remote control, central display, and on-site intervention for users, which can meet a variety of working conditions.
