Drying System
In order to reduce the breakage rate of coke (semi-coke) coal, a relay breakage device is arranged in the dryer cylinder, so that the height of free fall of the material is reduced, and the breakage rate of the coke (semi-coke) coal is reduced by more than 50% than the conventional dryer.
Main Features
1 High-efficiency combined lifting blade: (patent number 98235910.1):
the evaporation intensity of unit volume reaches 60-80 kg water /h/m3, and the evaporation capacity is 50-100% higher than that of ordinary dryers. In comparison with the traditional dryers, it can save 25% calorific value when drying water per kilogram.
Viscosity prevention (patent number 201320464534): special design and method are adopted during material drying to solve the drying difficulty of high-viscosity materials, bringing in good effect.
2 Optimum revolution (patent number 201320438030.1):
the time of materials staying in cylinders is adjustable. All conditions of materials to be dried are considered during design; the dryers will be operated at an optimum revolution so that the heat supplied can contact and exchange with the materials more sufficiently, achieving greater improvement of the output.
3 Zero-horizontal thrust (patent number 98235909.8): a drive device is put on an optimized position to achieve equal projection area of the tangential force and radial force in reverse directions of the drive device to rollers on horizontal plane, to further improve the rollers’ service life greatly and reduce the consumption of drive power by about 30%.
4 Follow-up self-alignment roller device (patient number 98235911.x) realizes a constant line contact between the roller and rolling ring; the run-out error of installation of the rolling ring and the axial displacement aroused by deformation of cylinders due to temperature difference will not affect the quality contacting the roller, so the relative abrasion and power loss are reduced greatly.
5 Seal device for graphite lubrication steel sheets (patent number 200420018083.9). The front and rear seal rings of dryers consist of single graphite block compressed by springs and sealing fins. It can increase the abrasion and temperature resistance performance and better overcome the air and dust leakage of dryers due to installation error, deformation of cylinders and other factors.
6 Full suspending type variable-frequency vibration blanking tank (patient number: 201320499717.6). It can ensure that materials of high viscosity can enter into dryers easily.
7 A kind of thrust roller device of rotary dryers (201320632004.2). The original cantilever beam thrust roller design of rotary dryers is changed into simply supported beam thrust roller design, which increases the service life of the thrust roller greatly and improves dryers’ stable operation efficiency.
8 Design of dust-collecting tail bag (patent number 201320031191.9). Dust-collecting tail cover is designed according to different requirements of materials to be dried. The subsequent dust collecting pressure of dust collectors is reduced greatly after the second dust collection (the first dust collection is performed in furnace) by tail cover of the drying system, bringing in better effect.
9 Relay breakage reduction device. When drying materials required to reduce the breakage rate, the relay breakage reduction device is provided in dryers to reduce the free-fall height of materials by 25% and reduce the breakage rate by 50%.
10 Screening device (200520097173.6). The screening device is increased in cylinders when it is required to distribute materials of 2-3 granularity levels so that the drying and screening can be completed at one time. The vibration screen, conveyor and other equipment conventionally set are reduced, which simplifies the process and saves the cost.
11 Wind separation and lifting device (200510019445.5). Powder materials are separated by wind power and then conveyed into cylinders after drying, which greatly simplifies the process and investment and reduces the possibility of dust pollution.
12 Discharging regulating device of dryers (201320552997.2). The discharging regulating device is provided at tail of dryers to control the time of materials staying in the cylinder of the dryers. (It is applicable to non-sticking fluid materials, such as gypsum)
