the time of materials staying in cylinders is adjustable. All conditions of materials to be dried are considered during design; the dryers will be operated at an optimum revolution so that the heat supplied can contact and exchange with the materials more sufficiently, achieving greater improvement of the output.
3 Zero-horizontal thrust (patent number 98235909.8): a drive device is put on an optimized position to achieve equal projection area of the tangential force and radial force in reverse directions of the drive device to rollers on horizontal plane, to further improve the rollers’ service life greatly and reduce the consumption of drive power by about 30%.
