A: Our company is located in Jingjiang, a city about 2.5 hours from Shanghai.

Q3: How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A: Quality is the priority. We always attach great importance to quality control from beginning to the end. Our factory has gained CE, ISO certificate and some patents.
Q4: Do you provide samples?
A: Yes. Our MOQ is 1 piece.
Q5: Do you offer other parts for spindle motor, just like spindle holder, VFD, collet, tool holder etc ?
A: Yes.We can offer all of above. And the VFD programmed well before delivery.
Q6: How about the warranty about your products?
A: Bearings half a year, other parts a year
Q7: What's your delivery time?
A: It depends.If your order is standard and in stock,we can deliver immediately. If not,about 7 work days.
Q8: What is your terms of payment?
A: We accept TT, LC, VISA, Cash etc.
Payment≤2000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>2000USD, 30% T/T in advance ,balanced after inspection at Jianken factory before delivery.
