Caught in the Tsugaru channel and landed at the Ooma port in Aomori prefecture, Japan. This particular bluefin tuna is supposed to be the best wild bluefin tuna on earth because of it's taste, fat and color.
Not only within Japan but every sushi chef among the world would like to be preparing and making sushi with this tuna. The high season is generally from November to January, during this period, tuna contains fat the most in a year.
