Purpose of use of Relax Hand Pad
The purpose of the product is relief of tension and fatigue through gentle maintenance of the palm in a stretched position.

◆How to use
STEP 1
Pass the hand through the guide hole.
Pass the hand through the guide hole after making sure that your fingers and the finger holes in the Hand Pad are facing the same direction.
STEP 2
Pass the fingers through and set in place.
Pass your fingers through the holes in the Hand Pad and set the hand in place so the fingers gently rest at around the first joints.*
*Finger length varies by person, so adjust the length so your hand gently stretches.
STEP 3
Rest comfortably as you are.
There is no limit to the amount of time you can wear it.
After using it for a while, please remove the hand pad at your own timing.

How to measure
Using a ruler, measure the length from the first joint of the middle finger to the wrist. Guidelines for size
Size S: approx. 13cm - 15cm
Size M: approx. 15cm - 17cm
Size L: approx. 17cm - 19cm
