HOW TO COOK
① Boil at least 2.5 liters of water for one bag, add the noodles and gently stir.
②Wait for them to boil again, then boil for a little more than two minutes. The somen noodles are thin and easy to boil.
③ After boiling, the most important point is to wash the noodles quickly in cold water to tighten them.
☆TIPS☆
After boiling and cooling, as shown in the photo, put them together in bite sized portions, so they are easier to eat when the surface becomes difficult to loosen after a little while.
