The standard distribution channel in Japanese market is Manufacturer → Primary Wholesaler → Secondary Wholesaler → Local Wholesaler → Retailer. It’s a long and complex system which raises the products’ price significantly.

However, TAJIMAYA simplifies this by buying the goods in bulk directly from manufacturer, making our price very competitive compared to similar places.

C&C stands for 'Cash and Carry', a system where you can take whatever item you want directly at our stores then pay it with cash.

3.) Can I get a sample of your products?

We can send you free sample products if you are in Japan. For customers outside Japan, please contact us for more information.

4.) What is your MOQ (minimum order quantity) for your products?

Each product is different; feel free to ask us for more details.

5.) What is your shipping and payment method?

We only accept CIF, CFR, and Ex Works, with Telegraphic Payment (TT) as our payment method. We don't accept FOB

6.) Can you release documents/certificates about specific products?

Generally no, but don't hesitate to ask us if you have any question about those products.
