Iwanoi Yamahai-Junmaiginjo Yamadanishiki 720ml
This is a Junmai Ginjo-shu brewed with 55% polished Yamada Nishiki using the traditional brewing technique of Yamahai.
It has a mild aroma and a firm structure typical of Yamadanishiki, with a good crispness.

The brewery is located near the seashore, and we use underground water from the brewery for brewing sake. The mineral-rich underground water, which passes through the shell layer, is one of the hardest in Japan at about 240 degrees Celsius.
The taste of "Iwanoi" has been highly evaluated by sommeliers and in competitions.
Iwanoi Junmai Daiginjo received 95 Parker Points in 2017 (2nd place out of about 800 varieties), Iwanoi Secret Old Sake 20 Year Old received the Platinum Award at the 2018 Brussels International Competition SAKE SELLECTION, and won the highest gold trophy at the 2020 International Sake Challenge.
The unique taste of Iwanoi, which is different from previous sakes, goes well not only with Japanese food but also with various Western food, so please try it.
