Just ignite the solid fuel and wait about 5 minutes for steaming when the fire goes out. The kamado pot does not let the heat escape and the cooked rice is light, fluffy, and delicious.

Using 25g of solid fuel, it takes about 20 minutes until the fire goes out. The steaming time is about 5 minutes.
