Series foam concrete mixer is by my company developed foam concrete special mixer, can meet various density grade and various categories of foam concrete production needs, including 300-1600 kg/m2 unequal density products.
(1) foam fast mixing speed and good uniformity, no foam floating phenomenon.
(2) The plasma body suspension crumb is few, after pouring without sinking, be helpful for pouring stability.
(3) Foam loss minimum, can effectively keep the foam concrete foam proportion, make the product density stable.
(4) No dead Angle design, no leakage paddle material, the base stock less than 10 mm, churn the walls not stock, mixed material to reduce leakage.
(5) Can be a variety of material mixing, the aggregate but cement. Fly ash, motor. Sandstone, perlite, slag. Ect.
(6) Good energy-saving effect, due to the variable speed mixing and the internal structure of the transformation, QL series machines installed more easily than the mortar or concrete mixer are small, and mixing with high efficiency, and has good saving effect.
