It is a highly applicable machine independently designed and developed by JQ Laser. The bed adopts a stacked-welded integrated bed with stable performance and high processing accuracy. This machine is equipped with a full-stroke pneumatic chuck, which is mainly used for cutting and blanking of metal pipes, and is suitable for cutting metal pipes of 16~220m.

Auto Unloading system details
Unloading device can realize the conveying loading and unloading through the control of the numerical control system,and complete the real-time connection with the pipe cutting machine.The finished product is automatically dropped to the storage bin.double support-bearing auxiliary support overlong tubes.
The unique supporting device keeps contact with the pipe surface when the pipe is fed and rotated.The supporting force is set according to the pipe specification to ensure effective support,prevent the pipe from sagging,reduce the axis swing when the pipe rotates,and improve the machining accura.
Product acessories
The bed is welded as a whole and treated by annealing to eliminate internal stress, and then finish machining after rough machining and vibration aging, thus greatly improving the rigidity and stability of the machine tool and ensuring the accuracy of the machine tool. The machine is equipped with automatic lubrication device, which adds lubricating oil to the moving parts of the bed regularly and quantitatively to ensure that the moving parts operate in good condition, which can improve the service life of the guide rails, gears and rack and pinion.
The full-stroke digital chuck can accurately sense the processing conditions of each pipe and respond quickly.
