1. Palletizer(palletiser)

Palletizer (palletiser) is kind of machinery equipemnt which provides automatic means for stacking cases of  products on to a pallet/tray.  Designed for palletizing containers such as cartons, cases, boxes, crates and trays, pails and bags, the palletizer can handle a wide range of unites or products depending on sizes, stacking pattern and configuration.

2. Pallet dispenser/Pallet stacker

Pallet dispenser and pallet stacker is an automated material handling system replacing manual handling of pallets. Pallet dispenser is an integral part of most palletizing systems which ensures a pallet is always ready for palletizer to place products. JLPACK pallet disepensers and pallet stackers are used to place pallets in a stack for reuse or transport that is a great way to reduce labor and improve productivity in your palletizing systems. We implement the most appropriate dispenser or stacker for your application with a creative concept and design.

3. Pallet conveyor system

Pallet conveyor system can be chosen to adapt to different conveying requirement such as chain conveyor, roller conveyor. The conveyor is supported on heavy duty casters and is rotated by a chain drive.

Jl2100-W/X automatic pallet stretch wrapper is kind of perfect end-of-line wrapping equipment for customers’ today and future needs. Connected to a product line will improve production efficiency. Stretch film is available for wrapping goods on the stack. It has good wrapping effects on protecting goods from dust, water, and other damages. In addtion, the film carriage system of our pallet stretch wrapper can be choosen according to needs-no pre-stretch system or pre-stretch system.
