⚫Safety light curtains cover the whole daylight open of the front feeding & back exist side opening, manual reset required
⚫Emergency stop button on both front & back side, manual reset required
⚫Selector switch with lock, only authorized person has the access for operation
⚫Dual channel safety monitoring circuit for double start buttons, safety light curtain, emergency stop button, motor on/off, ect.
⚫Interlocked safety mesh shield covers the left & right side of bed table, can be opened and removed. When opened, the motor will shut down automatically, manual reset required
⚫NEMA style control cabinet with electric disconnect switch
⚫Pneumatic safety ratchet bar to prevent the sudden fall down of the cylinder because of any error occur to the hydraulic system, manual reset required
⚫Triple color indicating light (green/yellow/red) with alarming buzzer to indicate the working and alarming status of the press
⚫Front feed in side has a touch-trigger-return protective device
OPERATION TERMS:
Manual: Ram moves down and up by inch (used for mold installation and mold adjustment) Semi-automatic:

⚫Sliding table slides in (WITH OPTION 1)
⚫Ram approaches fast downwards
⚫Ram turns to slow pressing speed at the pre-set stroke point
⚫Ram fast returns when reaches pre-set pressing time (dwell time) at pre-set stroke/pressure
⚫Sliding table slides out for puzzle collection (WITH OPTION 1)
⚫Transfer the puzzles onto the upward convey
⚫Loading in the front side of jigsaw puzzle servo hydraulic press for next cycle
⚫Puzzles scatting and bagging automatically
