Horizontal glass washing mahcine
LOW-E glass washing machine is specially designed for tempering line, laminated glass production line and coated glass production line. It combined function of three step washing, option of soft and hard brusher washing, which is suitable for LOW-E glass. The main delivery system adopt converter,easy to adjust when washing various specifications of glass. The washing area used stainless steel to improve the washing quality.The machine can also be designed according to user requirements.

1.rollers
These red ones are in/out rollers of glass washing machine that transport the glass during the cleaning process.Trasmit speed is controlled by variable motor.
2.The water valve
The water valve controls the water flow of the spray pipe above the absorbent sponge roller. Before processing, since the sponge roller is dry after being placed for a long time, it is necessary to open it to fully wet the sponge rollers.（ this water valve is closed during processing)
3.LOW-E brush
LOW-E glass washing machine can be purchased according to customer requirements. The soft brush cleaning device is equipped with cylinder lifting in the first and second groups. The third group is a soft brush. When cleaning a glass that is easy to scratch on the surface, the two sets of brushes can be raised and cleaned with the final soft brush.
4.with 22kw large fan
LOW-E glass washer air-drying section is equipped with 22kw large fan. It is equipped with 2 sets of stainless steel special aluminum alloy air knife and heating wire, featuring low noise and strong air volume. 2 sets of aluminum alloy air knives. Sound insulation cotton is attached to the entire air-drying section to effectively reduce wind noise.
5.four-screw independent lifting structure
The LOW-E washing machine uses a four-screw independent lifting structure. The four screws are respectively driven and lifted by four turbine boxes to ensure the independence of the cleaning section and the air drying section, ensuring the accuracy of the glass thickness lifting and the rolling of the brush is not disturbed by external vibration
6.high-pressure spray device
The glass enters the LOW-E glass washer before the cleaning section is equipped with a high-pressure spray device (a stainless steel spray pipe with a fan nozzle) to wet the glass surface, remove impurities on the glass surface, and improve the cleaning effect. It is equipped with a separate water pump and stainless steel water tank.
