Automatic Operation
Manual Operation
Combined with 3 automatic sand gun and 1 manual sand gun. Automatic sand blasting gun. It is a combination of air gun and sand gun. The matching air compressor makes the negative pressure suck the aluminium oxide and sandblasting. Manual sand blasting gun. When the glass is automatically blasted, there is a small flaw in the glass, which can be supplemented by it.
Pedals for Manual gun and delivery conveyor which are used to control manual blasting guns and conveyor belt separately.
The brush prevents the dust in the blasting room from overflowing.
Yellow circle is the baffle (removable), and the open top design allows the blasting machine to process larger glass, but the glass outside the sandblasting room cannot be sandblasted during processing. Purple circle are the charm holes and are used to move the machine.
The lifting conveyor belt is used to control the up and down movement of the automatic sandblast gun.
The dust collection box the dust generated during the blasting process and has a timing function. It cleans the dust on the filter element by pumping it inward.Dust remove box get air from the E part and dust remove from the F part.
the left one is the connections for the motor and right two is the connections for the dust remove box . They are used to connect the power supply for the motor and the dust box.
In the input end of the glass, there is a laser sensor switch , and the sandblasting machine performs sandblasting only when the sensor switch senses the glass.
The glass end limiter stops the glass at this position, preventing the glass from continuing to sport after processed ,which will make the glass fall and break.
Combined with the use of the engraving machine and sandblasting protective film, different sandblasting effects can be created..
