3. How Long is the LEAD TIME?
1. Standard Product:

Less than 10pcs, ship out within 3 days.
Between 20-50pcs, ship out within 10 days.
More than 50pcs, ship out between 15-30 days.
2. OEM Products: Ship out between 10-38 days after all requirements are confirmed.

4. Can I Take This Wheelchair to the Airplane? Any Documents Do I Need?
Sure, our products are allowed to take onto the plane. The standard 6Ah lithium battery is qualified, but if you customize the battery with higher configuration, you may consult the airline to confirm if they are allowed.

5. Can I Use JBH Products in Different Countries?
Sure. Our products' input voltage is universal 100-240V, and we can provide you with the appropriate
charger according to the type of plug suitable for your country.

6. Does the Wheelchair Apply to Local Medical Insurance?
It depends. We are sure they are in some EU countries. For other countries, better consult your local authority for detailed information.
