A2.After you confirmed the order, you can send money by T/T or Paypal or, pls know that.
Q3.When will you send out the goods? And how long time we received them?
A3.For sample orders, usually within one week; For regular orders, usually within 10days ; For OEM orders, usually within one month.
If by DHL or other express, it needs 3-7 days after ship out.
If by normal Airline, it needs 1-2 weeks to get to your airport after we ship out.
If by sea, it needs about 1 month to get to your seaport after we ship out.
Q4.How long time warranty of your products?
A4.Usually we provide 2 year warranty from the date we send out the goods; If by sea shipping, then24 months warranty.
Q5.If any problems on the products, how can we get the warranty maintenance?
A5.Usually if under warranty, we will offer free spare parts to replace; If can't be fixed, we will provide free new one to replace. For the shipping cost, we will share 50% and 50%,pls know that.
If out of warranty, you need to pay for the spare parts or new one and the shipping cost, pls know that.
