Those were the post-war years, from 1949 onwards, when poverty, especially in the mountain areas, and the heavy aftermath of the war slowly gave way to entrepreneurship, initiative and dreams.
The story of Distilleria Marzadro, a Grappa producer in Nogaredo, in the province of Trento, ranked fourth in the top ten producers of Italian spirits, is the story of a dream. The dream of a young woman, Sabina Marzadro, who with tenacity and determination laid the foundations and developed an entrepreneurial venture still based on product quality and family values.
